Real-Time Call Translator

Live speech translation for phone calls — two people, two languages, one conversation. The kind of automation that opens doors geography used to keep shut.

Case study · 03 · Automate

The brief

Hong Kong runs on the phone call — suppliers, clinics, contractors, government hotlines. But the city also runs on two languages that don't always meet. Every day, conversations stall because one side speaks English and the other 中文, and the deal, the appointment, or the answer dies in the gap.

What we built

  • Real-time speech translation during live calls — speak your language, the other side hears theirs
  • Bidirectional flow: both directions of the conversation translated in the same call
  • A web-based tool — no app install, no hardware, works on the phone in your pocket
  • Deployed on our own infrastructure at translate.technical-stop.com, live today

Why it matters

Most "AI transformation" projects are chatbots answering FAQs. This one removes an actual wall between two people trying to do business right now. It's the clearest example of our automation lane: find the conversation that isn't happening, and make it happen.
